  1. 1. Please check the device with another Adapter and Portable Cell Phone Power Banks.
  2. 2. After, check the condition of the cable.
  3. 3. If you followed 1 and 2 steps and still have a problem please attach proof of photo and video in case of product defect or quantity discrepancy.
    Due to the fact that our company is located abroad, according to the rules of the company, we are obliged to check the first and second steps before receiving the items.

Please be aware that

  1. 1. Our device uses a lot of energy at once, so please follow the instruction carefully.
  2. 2. The SHOT pressing time period 0.5-3 seconds, which is the best time for SHOT pressing.
  3. 3. If you press the shot button for a long time, energy will accumulate and the power turns off.
  4. 4. Pressing and holding the button for a long time may cause malfunction.

Paid/Free Repair Standards

  1. 1. Product repair or replacement decisions are made solely at the discretion of MEDISELOR's engineer.
  2. 2. PAID repair standards
    • In case of the warranty period has expired.
    • In case of failure to follow manual instructions.
    • In case of failure caused due to use of consumables or replacements not specified by our company.
    • In case of failure due to repairs by someone other than the head office engineer staff.
    • In case of failure or damage caused by external impact or drop.
    • In case of failure due to natural disasters (lightening, fire, earthquake, flood damage, tidal waves, etc.).
  3. 3. Free repair standards
    • In case of failure of the performance and function of the product in normal use within the warranty.
    • In case of the same problem occurs within 6 month after repair.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please remember that Mediselor does not cover the international shipping fee.
  • You may use any shipping service of your preference.
  • Please send the item is in its original package (device and adapter/plug/cable are necessary for check up).
  • We will need a tracking number; when you send us package ,insurance is not necessary.
  • Please ship the parcel with a “non-commercial value invoice”.
